The build quality is very good. It is very thin and light, and this isn't even the S model. Overall, you'd see the thing and think it was a very good laptop. Even the keyboard doesn't bother me It types easily, and the saving of space to make it lighter is the reason for going with the island style keyboards. But, this stupid TrackPad has been a cause of major frustration. No more physical buttons. It still has the TrackPoint which I prefer to use, but it is almost useless since the physical buttons are gone. Trying to register clicks is an exercise in frustration and fail.
What seems to improve it a little bit is to switch the Mouse settings in to the classic TrackPoint mode. Still, it...
